a convenient timeframe for you. With this in mind, we've created this Shoppers Guide
section where you'll find solutions to a variety of queries. For pre or post sales
technical advice, it's always best to contact the manufacturer directly. Nobody
knows products better than the manufacturer, so it's no surprise they can usually
answer queries much more quickly than us.
You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our internal search engine
to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories
and/or our website.
Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the
button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s)
to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd
like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping basket, continue shopping, or
check out.
You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping basket by clicking the "Delete
Item" icon (

) located within the shopping basket at the end of each row. If you want to delete
all items from your basket, you need to press the "Clear Basket" button.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Products are supplied in accordance with the manufacturer's
standard specifications as these may be improved, substituted or modified. Kingsfield
reserves the right to increase its quoted or listed price, or to charge accordingly
in respect of any orders accepted for Products of non-standard specifications and
under no circumstances will it consider cancellation of such orders or the return
of the Products.
Subject to above, any request by the Customer for cancellation of any order or for
rescheduling of deliveries will only be considered by Kingsfield if made at least
12 hours before despatch of the Products, and shall be subject to acceptance by
Kingsfield at Kingsfield's sole discretion, and subject to a reasonable administration
charge therefore by Kingsfield. The Customer hereby agree to identify Kingsfield
against all loss, costs (including the cost of labour and materials used and overheads
incurred), damages, charges and expenses arising out of the order and its cancellation
or rescheduling.
Kingsfield reserves the right to levy an administration charge in respect of the
rotation of Products and returns.
Returns must be made subject to following:-
Prior authority having been obtained from Kingsfield which will be given at Kingsfield's
sole discretion;
- Within 3 days of the date of the invoice;
- Subject to stock rotation policy;
- The Product must be in original packaging,
- The Product must be in a saleable condition;
- The Product must be accompanied by a detailed packing list;
- The Product is covered by warranty
- Kingsfield reserves the right to reject any Products returned which do not comply
with the conditions set out above.
- If Kingsfield nevertheless agree to accept any Products returned in a non-saleable
condition, Kingsfield reserves the right to charge the cost to the Customer of bringing
the Products to a saleable condition.

section on the site.
You can rest assured that as long as you see https:// in the address bar, your details
will be transmitted securely.
Our Anti-Fraud Technology: Note to would-be thieves: Credit card holder names, card
security details and billing addresses are verified to reduce fraud.
Anyone caught using a fraudulent credit card number will be prosecuted to the fullest
extent of the law.
We accept all major credit & debit cards, cheques, postal orders, bank transfers
and of course cash if collecting in person.
Our shopping system will allow you to choose multiples of one unit or you can also

All our items are guaranteed. In the first instance either call us or email us.
We will do our best to rectify the problem. We always recommend that if you have
any problems or concerns, you contact us direct. In some cases, where it may be
more efficient to contact the manufacturer direct, we will give you their number.
We advise that you check your delivery for damages before you sign for it. Once
signed for it in effect means you are happy with the products condition.
